I’m the director here at Mark Of Excellence Academy. I am experienced in early childhood education and passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where young children can grow, explore, and thrive. Every day is a new opportunity to make a difference, and I'm honored to lead in a way that puts care, connection, and compassion at the center of early education.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom of two boys, Robert and Kohen, and happily married. Between the excitement of youth sports and the energy of our goldendoodles, our family stays active and enjoys spending time together.

I am Butch Seegar, the VPK teacher at MOE, and I am entering my fourth year here. I have over 30 years of experience in the childcare field, including owning a home daycare for 10 years. My wife and I have raised two wonderful children together: a son, Colton, and a daughter, Kate. I also have military training and a medical background as an EMT. I love this field because I want to encourage children to enjoy school and gain lifelong experiences through learning and play.
